Japan Automatic Spray Fluorocarbon Coating Line
Mingic has a fully automated fluorocarbon spray production line that minimizes surface damage to the panels caused by repeated handling. The entire automated spray line spans approximately 500 meters and features heating and pressure functions to ensure optimal conditions at lower temperatures. This advanced system provides a cleaner aluminum surface compared to traditional washing pools, enhancing production efficiency and reducing surface damage. The heat and pressure functions result in a more thorough cleaning than immersion methods (which lack heating and pressure), ensuring better paint adhesion to the aluminum panels.
